Wonderful! Ordered on line from out of state for a delivery in North Haven. Arrangement was BEAUTIFUL, and much better than I had expected. Prices were very reasonable. Delivery was right on time, in spite of snow. Will definitely use again!

Excellent customer service!! A++ Whether I have sent an arrangement out of state or locally, I have been pleased. They have skilled TOP DESIGNERS. I have sent out, sympathy, fruit baskets, and exotic arrangements, and they all have been gorgeous. Their flowers are always fresh and last a long time. Forget Me Not is handling my upcoming wedding. They were patient and well experienced in helping me choose my wedding flowers. I had an idea and color theme, Luigi, (the owner), made my idea a reality. He was able to offer me his expertise, and brought it all together. I am very excited about what we have chosen. I have complete trust in this flower shop. I would never do business elsewhere.

Last year, I was very impressed with Luigi and his understanding of the design, colors, and "feel" that I wanted. I'm an out-of-state customer so it's very important that the message gets across the wires. Well, Luigi gets it!!! And, I feel that they're fair with the pricing and never did I ever feel like being taken advantage of because a) it's a phone order; and b) I'm calling from afar and can't inspect the final delivery. Most of all, dealing with customers with respect and professionalism always go along way. I'm not only a repeat customer but plan to order another arrangement today with Luigi. Highly recommend them to anyone whether you're local or out-of-state like me!
